restoring new phone sorting apps

I had an iphone 5 64Gb.  Backed up to PC.    New phone is a 6 16Gb.  Trying to set up new phone through iTunes however not enough space on phone and cannot edit what apps I want to load.  Only want a select few.

 

How can I sort what apps get loaded to new phone from backup.  I used to be able to do this.  Now new phone stuck in lala land as restore could not be completed.
