iCloud music library keeps toggling off.

I have just updated my software to iOS 11.0.3 on my iPhone 7. When I go to enable my iCloud music library it comes up with the usual "Do you want to keep the music that's on your iPhone" message, however once I select one of the options (it doesn't matter which) it toggles off again. Does anyone know how to fix it???
