How do you report an issue with IOS 11?

When iPad is plugged in charging using lightning cords,  and I get an incoming phone call on iPhone both using 11.0.3, the simultaneous ringer on the ipad won’t shut off when you answer the phone unless you unplug the charger cord On iPad even after you answer the phone and end the call. It gets a weird fast ring sound too.  I thought it was a problem unique to my iPad Air, but I just got a new iPad 2017 and it happened on my friends iPad Pro when I was at his house yesterday. It is new since the IOS 11 update.
