Moving iTunes media from a NAS to another

Hi, I've all my music media stored in a NAS. The folder is the selected "iTunes media folder", and everything is ok.

I also have all my music in iTunes Match.

Now I need to move the OLDNAS folder to the NEWNAS folder. Which is the best way?
