Since upgrading to High Sierra any font opened in font explorer are not recognised in Indesign CC or Illustrator CC

Should have added restarting the application each time works but is time consuming

What part of your software do you think Apple is responsible for? Adobe and the developers of your FontExporer had access to 10.13 for months before it was released to either support their own software or not.
