iPad shows wrong information about local storage

Hi everyone!

I have iPad Air 2 with 16 Gb memory and latest iOs installed (11.0.3).

Settings menu shows me that I'm using 10,5 Gb of 16. I think it's 5,5 Gb free space. But I can't install game from Appstore which is 3.1 Gb.

Anybody can tell me why I'm getting an error that "iPad storage is full", and I can't download this game?
