sync issue in version 12.6.3

Hello,

Having sync problem in photos after updating new version 12.6.3

Hello.Can I ask where did you find version 12.6.3? Mine is 12.6.2 with no more updates.

Any further details? An error message, or a description of the symptoms of this problem? Is this Photos on a Mac? (You've posted in iTunes for Windows).

My error is happening when trying to access the App Store or download APP updates. 

"Unknown Error (-42408)"

Very frustrating to get the APP button and APP management back but no way to update the apps needing updating.
