iTunes will not update on Insiders Windows10&nb...

Dear iTunes on Windows Desktop Support

It has been nearly 2 years, if not more that I have requested help to get this problem fixed and I am hoping that a tool or implication would of been supplied in all this time.

The PC I wish to fix was a year younger than when Windows10 was released.

My little sister has since, sadly passed away 2 years ago and now this PC is being maintained by me for my mum, God bless her, who is in her 80s.

I needed to uninstall iTunes at the time, then reinstall in, but there were no directives or warning of which order I should take in uninstall all inclusive programs.

Now when trying to update or uninstall; a file or folder needed to proceed, cannot be found.

I would of hoped that I could be directed; to the file/folder/program or tool that I could download or could be emailed with the instructions of where it should be placed, with any other instructions for the application to be successful.

Here is a picture of the problem and the details of my attempts.

Maybe someone can find another who has experienced this and solved it.

I hope when and if a reply returns, that I am not questioned again; about the details already expressed here.

Please assume, I am a person whoknowa bit about computing, but I also know a bit about policy, regardless of what I want which is opposed to what I can get and in the process I can only get nothing, then nothing I will get but please offer me the courtesy to let me know.

May I add, not only did I teach a little in computing, but I am at present studying in my last term, Network Engineering Telecommunications.

I look forward to a reply, because of my wish to secure all devices, including my iPhone through the greater platform of iTunes, where my phone is registered to.
