Devices Not Being Able to Connect
I am trying to connect my iPhone that has iOS 10.3.3 to iTunes so I can back it up since I got a new iPhone and when I connect either device an error message pops up and says that i need to download the newest version of iTunes to be able to connect them. I have the newest version already of iTunes. I don't get whats going on. I am a business man and have a lot of important things on my old phone that I need on my new phone ASAP. PLEASE HELP.
