Issues: "Mac can't connect to iCloud because of...

Hello, I'd like to ask you for help. I have been having this problem already for about a year now, I have been searching for the solution for months, with no result.

My issues are the following:

- cannot sign into the App Store, iTunes Store, iBooks Store and other apps like Mail, Messages or even Preferences  with my iCloud account,

- once in an hour or so I get a pop-up window that says "This Mac can't connect to iCloud because of a problem with *email*. Open iCloud Preferences to fix this problem" which does not work for me because I cannot log into my iCloud account due to an error connecting to the Apple ID Server.

These issues result inter alia in the following problems:

- cannot download or update any software through the App Store because it says "There was an error connecting to the Apple ID Server" (which hinder me from solving the problem by updating to Mac OS High Sierra)

- the same goes for Preferences or apps like Mail or Messages when trying to sign in to be able to use them properly.

However:

- I have no problem signing into my iCloud account on any website from the affected Mac or any other device,

- I can freely browse the App Store, iTunes Store, iBooks Store,

- although it may seem that my iCloud account doesn't work anywhere on my Mac excluding web browsers, there aren't any problems with connecting to Calender, Notes, Reminders, Contacts and apps working with iCloud Drive like Pages or Finder.

One possibility to solve this would be to install a brand new OS on a new SSD (which I intend to install instead of my current HDD anyways) and back up only my local documents or apps outside the App Store from the old HDD.

However, I would be very grateful if there was any other solution for this problem so that I can finnish up all my current projects without changing the harddrive.
