Recently added smart playlist not adding all songs

Hello,

I used to have a smart playlist that added all my recent songs, but for some reason it got deleted. So i tried to remake it and ever since I have been having problems. Its like it only adds some songs to the playlist no matter how many times i sync it. Any help is appreciated.

Synced smart playlists don't necessarily get the same content in your library and on your device. The relatively new iTunes Recent Added view is in fact a Date Added, Descending (grouped by Album) view of the whole library. What are the rules for your playlist? What doesn't get added to it that you think should be?

Only some of these songs are showing up on the playlist. However when i search them on my phone they are there. Here are my rules.
