unverified i cloud

hi my question is i have a unverified i cloud account and i'm planning to sign it out and i have apps on my iPhone which is not backed up in the i cloud storage so is it possible that if i sign out the account all of my apps will be wipe out? or it will remain because it's not verified thank you and i hope you all can help me out
