Bug in libdispatch

This keeps appearing in my system log.

com.apple.MediaLibraryService[2680]: BUG in libdispatch client: kevent[EVFILT_MACHPORT] monitored resource vanished before the source cancel handler was invoked

I have been searching but unable to find an understandable explanation

Can anyone here help?

I also have a similar bug and it doesn't appear to be that prevalent.  There was only a single page of search results for it.

Symptoms: Failure to boot, graphics glitches, slow boot.  I ran Disk Utility and nothing. 

Model Name: MacBook Pro

Same thing is happening with my MBP 2015 (early model), and I did notice that always happens when I RESTART my MBP. Did anyone find something useful to fix this? Is it maybe an hardware related problem ?

I have the same issue. Found it in system.log when wanted to know what causes 30-seconds delay with black screen right after the chime while starting up.

Tried to reset all kind of hardware settings, reinstalling system, system diagnostic.

Also I have the following error in command+s mode:

AppleUSBMultitouchDriver::checkStatus - received Status Packet, Payload 2: device was reinitialized

    Have you fixed the black screen issue? I've replaced the screen and logical board but still can't solve this.

I have the same issue and have removed Adobe synchronizer because I was getting a mysterious "other" on my login screen as well as showing" BUG in libdispatch client: kevent[mach_recv] monitored resource vanished before the source cancel handler was invoked" I don't have the guest account active but it shows up too or the "other" account. I don't know if a hacker has gained access? How do I get rid of this problem?
