First of all, I have duplicate playlists (missing newer songs) that mysteriously show up, but that's not the biggest issue.

Mainly, my issue is I have five songs which have gray dotted circles next to them on the songs device list.  I can't delete them or do anything with them.  They did show up on my device, but as this shouldn't be the case, I'm looking for solutions.  I deleted these songs from my library on my computer and my phone.  However, when I go into iTunes Store to re-download them, I'm not able to do it.  I can play it via iTunes but not download it.

When I go into Purchased, they don't show up as Not On Your Device.

Now, when I click on my Phone icon > Songs on iTunes, all the songs are grayed out.
