Computer will not start

I have an older iMac, Yosemite, it will not go pass the logo, and clock is spinning forever. I tried everithing, verified the disk was OK, repair disk permison, Zap PR ram and reset the hardware. I can not start in Safe Mode either.

But... I have a clone Drive Super Duper and it starts OK.

What is wrong? Thanks.
