My iPad 2, ios 9.3.5, disconnect from wifi on s...

I can get in app while disconnected, app works well most of the time, then I put wifi on from sliding up the down menu access to bluetooth, wifi, etc... Sometimes app works, most of the time app will crash.

Could my wifi hardware from iPad be broken, anyways to troubleshoot that?
