Mac OS High Sierra Finder Error

When I open some folders, Finder appears like in this video -> 2017-10-08 17.14.56.mp4 - Google Drive

If I restart my Mac, problem appears again.

If I do a screenshoot, this problem not appears.

What can I do with this bug? I can't work. I have the latest version of Mac OS High Sierra and MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015.
