I keep receiving emails stating that reset has ...

I am not sure what's going on but I keep getting emails saying that I've requested to reset password or unlock ID. I have updated my password but it still happening. Not sure what else I need to do.

 

Please advise



Can you send us a screenshot of one?   Usually persistent emailimg is a scam.   Apple provide guidance through these documents but the key factors are … Apple will always address you by your name or the name they know you by and that email will always come from an address which ends ‘@apple.com’.

 

Remember ... never click on a link within any email you suspect.

I guessed you would David, but we had a similar one this morning which wasn't legit.  But this looks okay so I would follow the iForgot link ,or go to Apple security if you are the slightest bit concerned.
