Multiple Updates of the same Version
I recently, on Oct. 17, was prompted by my MacBook to update Command Line Tools (macOS Sierra version 10.12) for Xcode version 9.0. But this same exact this was installed on Sept. 21. I'm not exactly sure why I was asked to update something with the same version?
Hi,
These "glitches" show up periodically and we read about them here. I just had one in the last month where the same Safari update updated twice and both show up as updated in Updates. Who knows why it happens, it just does and I don't think it's anything to worry about.
