Mac Tonic Will Not Remove Completely

I carelessly clicked the wrong green download button on a CNet page and ended up with a copy of Mac Tonic rather than the download I wanted.  I didn't notice my mistake until I finished the install.  I immediately deleted all files that I could find.

Activity monitor shows "tonictasks" running and the process immediately starts again after force quitting. Get info in activity monitor shows "/Users/user1/Library/ApplicationSupport/mtc/tonictasks.app/Contents/MacOS/toni ctasks" but the "mtc" folder does not exist when I follow the path. The same info shows up in the terminal and refuses to be killed from there using the PID. I have no idea what it is doing but the idea that it won't go away indicates that something is not legit. Any ideas?
