Apple ID TLD domain address not supported

I am trying to change my apple ID to my new TLD email address, but it is not accepting the domain creative1@mydomain.agency.

It tells me that it is invalid!

What is going on and how can I get this working?

I have the same problem. We have a .software domain for our business and a .onl domain. When changing or registering an icloud id the verification mail is never sent.
