APP Store missing in MacBook iTunes and APP Store

I open iTunes and open Apple Store via my MacBook Pro using Sierra and I cannot find anywhere the APP Store, I can see Movies,  Music but there is no icon for APP Store.

1) I have signed into the account and also gone to apple icon at the left top of my computer and clicked on APP Store but there is no APP Store to search and find APPs to purchase or download. I can access the APP store with my iPhone.

2) When I try to backup my iPhone to the MacBook, I am also having a problem because I get a message that the iPhone software update IOS 11.0.3 needs updating. The iPhone already has the 11.0.3 but the MacBook does not so it will not back the iPhone and MacBook fails to update to IOS 11.0.3 after trying and returns that an error happened, etc.

I would kindly appreciate if you can assist me get the APP icon screens with the APPs in iTunes or APP Store plus also how to be able to download the IOS 11.0.3 to the MacBook so it can backup the phone. Thanks
