Activation issues with iOS 11

I am having trouble with my IPad since I downloaded and installed iOS 11. I frequently get cycled through the activation process over and over again. I’ll be using my iPad and then all of a sudden I get the following message below and then it sends me through the activation process.  Does anyone know how to fix this?
