Macbook Pro late 2011 running SLOW after High S...

I recently upgraded my MacBook Pro (late 2011) to High Sierra and it is extremely slow and sluggish, regardless of browser.  I just installed a new battery a few weeks ago and upgraded to a 1 TB SSD quite a while ago.

 

Another thread had the suggestion to go to EtreCheck to do a review of what might be the problem.  I did that and below is the report.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.  I am new to all this.

You have installed adware, click the "remove" link in the report to get rid of it.

Uninstall the Intego software per the developers instructions, not necessary and could be a contributor.

FitBit, unless they've recently updated has been incompatible with Mac OS for awhile now. If you need it check with the developer to see if it's been updated for Mac OS.
