iTunes 12.7.0.166 Cannot Download apps for iPhone

For the longest time, I've been using iTunes app on my Windows 8 PC to download iPhone apps (ever since Wi-Fi feature has been disabled on my phone) but now, I just updated my iTunes to 12.7.0.166 and all of a sudden, I cannot download iPhone apps any longer.

Any possible resolution for this?

I don't tried yet (I am still downloading the iOS-11), but you can install iTunes 12.6.3 together with 12.7.
