missing itunes

So my dilemma is that, I am one of the minority that changed from Iphone to Android a few years back. I have not used my iTunes  account for some time.  Now when i sign on to iTunes, my whole library is gone. I never cancelled my iTunes account. I thought I had stored everything I downloaded/ripped/burned into the cloud as well. Is there a way to get all that music back? It was years worth of music, even of cds that I have no longer in my possession. Help please....
