How do I open an after-sale dispute?
Step1. Find your completed order list and locate the particular order, and click “Completed Orders”. Your “Completed” order list is located under your “My Orders.”
Step2. You will have to provide some supporting photo(s) and or video when you open the after-sale dispute.
Your After-Sales dispute process will be stated under the Dispute Orders.
