1. Will the SquareTrade service be chosen automatically on the item page?No. The customer can choose the SquareTrade service he wants on the item page by himself.
2. If the item is bought in lots, how is the SquareTrade service charged?
The SquareTrade service will be calculated and charged by piece.
3. Is it possible to partially purchase the SquareTrade service?
Yes. The customer can choose the number of pieces they want the SquareTrade service to apply to.
4.How is the SquareTrade order generated when there is a combined order, including different items from the same seller?
The SquareTrade order is generated according to the number of items and what kind of SquareTrade service you buy for your items. It will vary depending on the total price of the SquareTrade services for those items. The maximum amount of SquareTrade service for one SquareTrade order is US $25.
5.How is the SquareTrade service available in drop shipping?
The SquareTrade service will be identified and shown according to the customer’s IP address. If the IP address doesn’t match the shipping address, the SquareTrade service cannot be purchased.
6. Will the SquareTrade order be canceled automatically if it fails to go through DHgate’s Safety Center’s verification process?
Yes. Both the DHgate order and the SquareTrade order will be verified together by the DHgate Safety Center. If the orders fail to go through the verification process, they will be canceled and refunded by the system automatically.
7.How is the SquareTrade order distinguished from the DHgate order?
The SquareTrade order and DHgate order will have the same item title and will be shown together in the customer’s DHgate account. To view your SquareTrade order, you must first click on your DHgate order. Once you see both orders, there will be an indication as to the kind of SquareTrade service you chose for your item(s).
8. How do I receive a refund for my SquareTrade service?
The customer should contact SquareTrade’s Customer Service to apply for a refund. If the customer experiences problems, DHgate will help them contact SquareTrade’s Customer Service.
9. How can I contact SquareTrade’s Customer Service?
To contact customer service, click the SquareTrade link on the right side of the order number in My DHgate. For online assistance and troubleshooting tips, visit www.squaretrade.com and select the Support option or call SquareTrade toll-free at 1-877 WARRANTY (1-877-927-7268) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
10. What’s the time frame on purchasing a SquareTrade service?
SquareTrade services must be purchased within 30 days of the item’s original purchase. Customers may buy additional SquareTrade services at DHgate.com and apply for a refund or repair according to their SquareTrade service purchase record.
11. Can I leave feedback on a SquareTrade order?
No, the feedback cannot be left on a SquareTrade order.
