Both the seller and the buyer are encouraged to first negotiate with each other. In the case that neither the buyer nor the seller considers the negotiation to be of any help, they can appeal for DHgate’s intervention. DHgate will then discuss with both buyer and seller through internal messages to make a final decision based on company’s policy.
