What should I do after I have reached an agreement with the seller?

If you have reached an agreement with the seller, please honor exactly what was agreed. After the agreement is fulfilled, DHgate can process the payment as you agreed accordingly. Click Here to check the video.                               

Agreements including item returns:

If you and the seller have negotiated and agreed on a refund with the item return, please return the item(s) within 7 days and provide the return tracking number as specified on your DHgate account. Generally, the seller would have designated an address, however there is now a direct link to the seller's shipping address that will be provided under "Seller's Shipping Address". Please ship to the direct address provided by the link, othere the seller will unable to refund the money.

If you have orders that require you to provide a return tracking number, we’ll remind you on your account page. To add a tracking number, click “Submit Tracking Number” under Action on the Return & Refund page.



                                                                                                        
Enter the details of the shipping method and the tracking number, then click “Submit”.



Once the seller confirms to receive the item, system will refund you automatically. If the seller neither confirm to receive the item in his account nor contact Customer Service to report invalid tracking number, system will refund you within 30 days since you fill in the return tracking number. According to your agreement if the seller is responsible for the returning shipping fee, please Message DHgate(choose "About dispute in DHgate") to send the photo of the package tracking number with the shipping cost . When your dispute has been resolved, DHgate Resolution Center will release the money to your DHpay account from the seller’s account.

Agreements including replacement item(s):

If the seller has agreed to re-ship the item(s) to you, the seller should ship the item(s) within specified time and provide the tracking number for the new shipment. In principle, the payment won’t be released to the seller without your confirmation. However, if the seller has already shipped the item(s) to you and delivery has been confirmed by checking on the official logistics website, we will try to contact you. If we can’t receive a confirmation from you within 5 days, we will assume that you have received the item(s) and release payment to the seller.

If the seller has reshipped the item(s) please track the package and confirm whether or not you have received it. If you have not received the item(s) within 120 days, please Message DHgate(choose "About dispute in DHgate"), or else your payment will be released to the seller.

If you have orders requiring confirmation of acceptance of replaced item(s), the system will notify you on your account page. Please click “Replacement Item(s) Received” under Action on the “Return &Refund” page to confirm receipt.



Confirm the receipt of replacement item(s) again and click “Yes” to complete the confirmation.
