When will I receive the refund?
When can I get/receive my refund?Your refund will be deposited into one of the accounts listed below based on your payment method:
- Visa/MasterCard: Processing takes approximately 10 to 15 days (refund credited to your credit card account)
- American Express: Processing takes approximately 15 to 25 days (refund credited to your American Express account)
- Worldpay: Processing takes about 3 to 5 days (refund credited to your DHpay Account on DHgate.com)
- Moneybookers: Processing takes about 3 to 15 days (refund credited to your Moneybookers account)
- DHpay/Bank transfer/ West Union: Processing takes about 2 to 3 days (refund credited to your DHpay Account on DHgate.com)

Credit Card :
If you cannot get your refund after 10-15 business days, you can contact your issuing bank to check for a refund record from China.
Bank Transfer and West Union:
You can transfer refund from your DHpay account anytime you want. Fill in your refund transfer info if you haven’t added any bank account or recipient address yet in the “Transfer Refund” section. Submit the refund amount you want to transfer from your DHpay account. DHgate will confirm the submitted information within 2-3 working days. You will receive an email after we have sent the refund to your designated account or address.
Why I cannot refund payment to my DHpay account?
If you'd like to deposit the refund to your DHpay account, you need to fill a document named Letter of Commitment which is needed by our financial department.
I refused the parcel, why I did not get the refund?
If you do not want the goods on your own reason, you need to pay the returning shipping cost and sending postage, and when seller received the goods we will refund you.
Why I cannot demand DHgate send money back to my assigned account?
In order to ensure the security of refunds, we must return the money to the same account which you used to pay for the order. If you'd like change the refund account, we can only deposit the refund to your DHpay account. We have no access to change to your assigned account.
How can I get a refund if my card is not exist/ expired?
If you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded to your card. To secure the safety of your account, we can't refund to other cards.
If your original card is not valid or if it has expired, please contact your credit card issuer for more information. Normally they receive the money on your behalf and transfer it to your available bank account.
Why the bank charge me processing fee?
Even though DHgate Buyer Protection is free for all our buyers, the following costs are not covered:
1. Currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.
2. Credit card transaction fees.
3. Floating exchange rates.
Please contact your issuing bank for further information.
Why I get money not much as representative promised?
1. If you used coupon when placing the order, the refund will be coupon first, and then will refund the rest to your account. The coupon can be used again if they were in the valid period.
2. The charging fee is different from different brank, please check whether your bank will charge you or not when refunding.
