SMS Verification on App Engine
While using App Engine, you may encounter an error when you try to verify your mobile number. With App Engine, you may only associate one mobile number with an account at a time. However, there are a few options that you can try in the meantime:
- You can submit an appeal for SMS exemption for a converted work, school, or other group account. You will need to sign in to reach this form.
- You may also use a different mobile number to activate the account, distinct from any number you may have used to register other App Engine accounts.
- You may create the application using an account that is already verified, and then invite your work, school, or other group account as a developer on the application. Learn more about adding an App Engine developer.
