Manage your email addresses
Choose which email addresses you use to do things like sign in to your Google Account, get back into your account if you lose access, and get information from Google.
Google Account email
This is the main email address for your Google Account. It's set as your primary email when you create a Google Account, but you can choose a different primary email if you like.
To change your Google Account email:
- Sign in to My Account.
- In the "Personal info & privacy" section, select Your personal info

- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Note: If you use Gmail, it's not possible to change your Gmail username. Learn more about changing usernames.
Other email addresses
About me emailsThese email addresses are from your "About me" page. You can control who sees these email addresses across Google products like Drive, Photos, and Google+.
To add or edit an About me email:
- Sign in to About me.
- In the "Personal contact info" or "Work contact info" section, select Edit
. (If you don't see the relevant section, go to the bottom right, then select Add
.)
- Under "Email," add, edit, or remove your email address.
- Select OK.
