Add news sources & topics to personalize Newsstand

To personalize the "For You" section of Newsstand, add news sources and topics that interest you. When you add a topic or news source, stories from that topic or source will be shown to you more frequently.

Using your computer

1. Go to the Play Newsstand section of the Google Play Store.
2. Find a magazine or news source to add. You can search for a title using the search bar at the top of page.
3. Select the magazine or news source you want to add.
4. Click Add.

Using the Newsstand app on your mobile device

1. Open the Play Newsstand app .
2. To find a news source, magazine, or topic to add:
   • Search for a source or topic at the top of the screen.
   • Tap Explore at the bottom of the screen to browse topics or categories. 
3. Select the news source, magazine, or topic you want to add.
4. Tap the Add icon .
5. You'll see the source or topic added to your Library.

Rearrange or remove a news source or topic

To rearrange in Library

1. Open the Play Newsstand app .
2. Tap Library at the bottom of the screen.
3. On the item you want to move, select More  > Move to top. On Android devices, you can also tap and hold an item to drag it to your desired spot.

To remove

1. Open the Play Newsstand app .
2. Tap Library at the bottom of the screen.
3. On the item you want to remove, select More > Remove topic from Library.
