Which languages does Siri talk on Series 3?

I haven't been able to find which languages Siri talks on the new Apple Watch Series 3.

 

She doesn't speak Danish for some reason (just like Siri doesn't work on a Danish Apple TV 4). Any idea on when it'll be available?
