MBP 2017
I had a MacBook Pro 2017 purchased a month ago in India. It had a left arrow key mushy for a few times then came back to normal. Now a few days back it just stopped working as it was jammed and I submitted it to the service centre (Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.). They told me that it is a physical damage and won't be covered under the warranty. The service centre totally damaged my left key (from jammed to out of place key) and kept giving the wrong report back to Apple as we had several talks with them. People back at Apple trust a service centre which even cannot write normal English in the report rather than listen to the customer and trust them.
My problem is that the key was workable but the service centre literally makes it a physical damage by actually damaging the key. I want Apple to trust us and make it a manufacturing defect case.
