Upgraded HDD to SSD in my macbook Pro 13 (mid

My Macbook Pro 13 (Mid 2012, non retina) was working absolutely fine before my Hardisk crashed. Then I upgraded to 240G SSD. My Macbook started woking fast. One click and apps would open.
But After using it for 1 week one day the screen turned black. Then it wont turn on. I tried re starting but all I could hear was a chime and LED blinking. Then I tried everything from resetting PRAM and FAN controls. Sometimes it would turn ON but wont show battery information. In settings It would show Yellow sign below the battery and locked energy saving setting. My charger would also not show the charging LED light. I tried all the above things and sometimes it would work for some time and die again. Then I realised it works when its cool and stops working when it heats up. I was curious, I opened the lid.

First I thought it was my charger, then my battery. But I opened the backlid of my laptop and turned it ON. And when I touched the board it was getting too **** hot.  Now I think there is something wrong with my board or something called heat sink. NEED HELP!!!

Today I turned it ON after 3 weeks and it is working perfectly. when I turned it on there was a black screen with some error codes on it. Then a grey screen appeared with some error text I don't remember. Then it restarted itself and worked finely. I'm using it since last 20 minutes and Everything is working finely. Even the temperature is not too high. It is just warm right under the "W" "E" "R" keys but on the bottom side.

All the mac experts out there Please HELP!!!
