Scopes and Rules for After-sale service

Note:
1. If the seller has specific instructions on their after-sale service, please pay careful attention and do as the seller instructs.
2. Please keep the packaging intact, especially for the personal and intimate products don’t do any personalized treatment or changes to them.
3. If the buyer clicked ‘Item Has Been Received’, or the goods have been shipped over 120 days, he/she could not open a dispute under the reason “I did not received the order, but I have completed the order.”
4. If the dispute is intentionally opened, the further disputes will be limited by Dhgate.
5. If the dispute is intentionally opened, the solution will be given under the protection to the non-defaulting party.
