How do I pay with DHpay account?

DHpay account is a free, simple, and secure way to pay for any DHgate.com order. Your DHpay account allows you to securely make payment or transfer funds, including refunds if needed. The minimum transaction or transfer amount is $10 when using your DHpay account.

You can activate your DHpay account via the navigation bar under “My DHgate”.





If you have already activated it, “DHpay account” will appear among payment options when you check out. You may also access “My DHpay account” from the navigation bar each time you sign into “My DHgate”.

You can find your DHpay account ID on the “My DHpay account” page after you’ve activated your DHpay account. Your DHpay account ID is unique.





                                                                                        

Select “DHpay account” from the payment options when you check out.



                                                                                        

If there is no money in your DHpay accouont, you can click "Transfer payment" to add money to your account.

Choose the methods you like to transfer the money. Also input the amount you would like to transfer and the country you will be paying from:



                                                                                          





Note that the Transfer Payment Amount must be equal to or more than the value of the orders you would like to pay at this time. Also note that some banks charge a fee for Bank Transfer, and you must include this fee in the Transfer Payment Amount at this time.





After payment is received by DHgate, the amount will automatically be updated on your order. Payment will be confirmed on different timeframe based on different payment options.
