How to cancel an order?

Seller did not send my item, why I can’t cancel the order?
If the seller did not ship out your item to you, and provided a tracking number, our system will automatically provide you with a full refund, and there will be no need to manually cancel your order.

If the seller ships out your items to you, and submitted the tracking number in our system but untraceable, you can open a “return and refund” dispute after 10 days from the date the seller submitted the tracking number. If no solution reached between you and the seller, you can request DHgate mediation and DHgate will involve and investigate the dispute.

I don’t need the order anymore, but the seller insists sending the parcel out. How can I cancel the order?
If you want to cancel the order before processing time, please open a “return and refund” dispute after 10 days from the date the seller submitted the tracking number. If no solution reached between you and the seller, you can request DHgate mediation and DHgate will involve and investigate the dispute.

If you want to cancel the order after the seller shipped the items, we suggest you communicate with the seller about the outcome. If you refused to sign the parcel directly, we will keep the shipping and returning fees for the seller and refund you the rest.

How do I cancel an unpaid order?
If payment for your order has not yet been made, you may cancel you order by clicking “Cancel Order”, which is located next to the order number.

Please note that if payment for your order is not made within 10 days, our system will automatically cancel your order.

However, if you have attempted to make a payment (via credit card, bank transfer, etc.), and the payment did not go through, there will be a 30-day grace period before the order is automatically cancelled by our system.
