How do I get the shipping cost for the returned item(s) from the seller?

After you reached agreement with the seller or our Resolution Team decided that the seller should pay the shipping cost, we suggest you pay for the shipping cost first, and send the photo of the package tracking number with the shipping cost to your dispute agent (please remember to tell us your order number too) or leave message to seller, then we can see the evidence. When your dispute has finished, we will release the money to your DHpay account from the seller’s account.
