How to Submit Evidence
How can I upload my Evidence?When you open an “item not as described” dispute, or an after-sales dispute, the system will remind you to submit evidence. You can then click the “browse” button, and choose the files you want to upload. You may upload a maximum of 4 files. The format can be: JPG/GIF/RAR/PDF/DOC/DOCX/TXT. And the maximum file size is 5M.
I have already provided evidence, why am I being told it’s not enough?
If the items are not as described, we need the photos of the items you received, and/or measurement of the items, clearly detailing the different sizes.

I did not get the item, why should I submit evidence?
For items not received, the buyer needs to contact their local post office to check where the parcel is. The buyer will need to provide evidence such as, customer letter/email/claim number/shipping information.
How do I submit evidence for my dispute after I have requested DHgate mediation?
After you have requested DHgate mediation, please submit your evidence through your account within 5 days. Currently, DHgate only accepts the evidence provided online. If you can’t access this option, you may contact our customer service so we can assist you further.
I provide evidence, why was my dispute closed?
Normally, if your evidence is invalid, and the dispute has exceeded time frame allowed in providing evidence, the representative has the right to give the ruling and the dispute will be closed.
