iCloud, how to delete files only locally and le...

Hi guys,

My storage available space is becoming smaller, so instead of demanding to free space locally to Apple, I would like to decide which files I want to leave on my iCloud storage by myself.

How to do that? If I delete a file from Finder, it goes to the recycle bin, and I don't see an options to do what I ask on subject.
