Need to remove Apple ID w/o a password or secur...

A friend gave me her iPad mini 4. My issues are that she doesn't know her Apple ID p/w or security questions. So, i cant sign her out to remove her info from my ipad & create my own apoke id acct. please help

Presumably she has Find My iPad enabled on the iPad, otherwise you shouldn't need the account's password to log out of her account. If she can't reset the account's password herself (https://iforgot.apple.com) she could try contacting Support in her country and see if they can reset the password and questions for her : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If her country isn't on that page she could try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
