Why cant i access my purchase history on iPad?

Why cant i access my purchase history with iPad or iPhone?

You can view the last 90 days purchases via https://reportaproblem.apple.com, but you can only view your full purchase history via a computer's iTunes (you will have to ask Apple why, we are just fellow users)
