Old account music rights

In the past I have bought music with an Apple ID that I don't use anymore. The account seems to be closed.

At the moment I use a different ID. This means I can't listen to the music that I have bought in the past. Is there something that can be done here?

Any idea how to restore the purchases if you don't have the old password And the email for that account is no longer available?
