Mid 2007 MacBook pro graphics only showing 64mb...

I have a 2007 15" MacBook Pro with the dreaded Nvidia graphics GeForce 8600m GT.  The specs from Apple and everymac  say this should be a 128mb card.  System Report only shows 64mb.  It has passed Apple Service Diagnostic and Apple Hardware Test.  What could be causing it to read incorrectly?  Is it possible that the logic board was one that was replaced by Apple and got the wrong chip?  The computer functions normally for it's age and shows no sign of problems otherwise.

This is what AHT is showing.  Note that it says the GPU is 256mb when the serial, according to everymac.com and Apple, is saying it should only be 128mb.
