With the new iTunes and managing apps in iOS de...

With the new iTunes under Settings it seems that the Apps cannot be viewed.

I wish to use my Mac iTunes interface to organise my Apps in my iOS devices - previously I can create new pages, press CMD and highlight the various App icons and moved them around for organizational purposes.

Is there anyway I can still do this with my Mac / iTunes interface ?
