Episodes Not Posting

I recently purchased a season pass to Madam Secretary's current season. I did this last season and it worked great! I could download the episodes the following day and be up to date with the show before I got spoilers. This year, however, it is Tuesday and the episode that aired on Sunday has still not posted.  What can I do about this? Why is Apple not posting the episode? I paid a lot of money to have the episodes delivered to me in a timely fashion.  Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing future passes because of this experience. It is unprofessional to advertise the timely manner which you can stay up to date and then go days without posting....
