Itunes won't open and it sends files to the trash

So I can't seem to find anyone having this exact same issue and it's nearly impossible to get a real human at apple to talk to me so I can only turn here and hope someone can help. I have recently got a new computer running windows 10 64bit. I installed itunes and it will not open. I click on it and the load wheel pops up for a second and thats it. It does not open and it does not appear in task manager. On top of that every time I try to open it, it sends the files "itunes library extras" and "itunes library genius" to the recycling bin. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no luck. I've rebooted my PC, tried opening itunes in safe mode. Basically have done everything that the internet has suggested. This is a brand new PC so it really shouldn't have any issues with the system itself. Someone please help.

Try right-clicking the iTunes icon and using run as administrator.
